Triple Nonfat Double Bacon Five-Cheese Mocha
Ingredients
- 250mL Soy Milk/Lite Milk
- 1x Slice Pan-fried Bacon Strip
- 1x Slice Prosciutto
- 25g Ricotta
- 15g Cream Cheese
- 30g Mascarpone
- 15g Fromage Blanc
- 15g Brocciu
- Your choice of coffee beans
- 15g 85% Dark Chocolate
- Cocoa Powder or Cinnamon
- 1 tps Salt
Recipe
- Grind and roast your desired coffee beans into a triple shot.
- Create your chocolate syrup by gently adding your coffee blend to your dark chocolate.
- Add a pinch of salt for extra flavour.
- Over a low heat, warm up the milk and mix in the five cheeses. It should form a creamy consistency.
- Blend the pancetta and the pan-fried bacon into a paste, mix thoroughly into the milk.
- Place the mocha syrup into a large warmed mug and pour the bacon milk mixture in after.
- Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder.
