Triple Nonfat Double Bacon Five-Cheese Mocha

Ingredients

  • 250mL Soy Milk/Lite Milk
  • 1x Slice Pan-fried Bacon Strip
  • 1x Slice Prosciutto
  • 25g Ricotta
  • 15g Cream Cheese
  • 30g Mascarpone
  • 15g Fromage Blanc
  • 15g Brocciu
  • Your choice of coffee beans
  • 15g 85% Dark Chocolate
  • Cocoa Powder or Cinnamon
  • 1 tps Salt

Recipe

  1. Grind and roast your desired coffee beans into a triple shot.
  2. Create your chocolate syrup by gently adding your coffee blend to your dark chocolate.
  3. Add a pinch of salt for extra flavour.
  4. Over a low heat, warm up the milk and mix in the five cheeses. It should form a creamy consistency.
  5. Blend the pancetta and the pan-fried bacon into a paste, mix thoroughly into the milk.
  6. Place the mocha syrup into a large warmed mug and pour the bacon milk mixture in after.
  7. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder.
